YEAST ROLLS (BASIC RECIPE)|
2 c. warm milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkg. dry yeast
5 to 6 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
Combine warm milk, butter, sugar, eggs, yeast, flour and
salt. Knead. Let rise for 1 1/2 hours. Can be used for
anything you want, doughnuts, rolls, coffee cake, etc.
