1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 rounded Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 dash of nutmeg (optional)
9-inch pie crust
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugar together
until creamy. Add flour one tablespoon at a time. Add beaten
eggs. Stir in buttermilk, vanilla and nutmeg. Pour into
unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until
knife inserted in middle of pie comes out clean.
