COCONUT CREAM PIE|
3 eggs, separated
1/8 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. flour
1 3/4 c. milk (Pet)
3/4 c. sugar
1 can Angel Flake coconut
Heat milk to boiling, beat egg yolks, sugar, salt and
flour. Add milk and coconut and cook until thick, in double
boiler, stirring constantly. When cool, pour into baked pie
shell, top with meringue.
