BROWN SUGAR PIES|
1 lb. brown sugar (2 2/3 c.)
1/2 c. cream
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour (mix with sugar)
Beat eggs. Add sugar, cream, salt, butter and vanilla.
Pour into unbaked 9-inch pastry shell. Bake 40 to 50 minutes
at 375 degrees. Makes 2 pies.
