1 lb. whole new potatoes, cut
into 1/8's
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
dash of pepper
2 slices bacon, cooked and

In saucepan, cook unpeeled potatoes, celery and onion in
salted, boiling water 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. In saucepan,
combine 1/3 cup water, cornstarch, vinegar, sugar, salt, celery
seed and pepper. Stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in
bacon and vegetables. Cook 2 to 3 minutes to heat vegetables
clear through. Toss to coat potatoes. Serves 4; contains 124
calories per serving.
