1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk*
1 stick butter
large microwave bowl
1 buttered pan
In large microwave bowl mix sugar (powdered) and cocoa.
Make a small hole in center of sugar-cocoa mixture. Pour milk
into hole; unwrap butter and stick down into hole (should stand
up.) Place in microwave and cook 3 minutes on High. Remove;
stir and pour in buttered dish, 8 x 8-inches. Let set a few
minutes. Cut and eat. Freezes well also.
