WEIGHT WATCHERS TUNA BALLS

4 oz. tuna (you may use
salmon)
1 slice bread, toasted
(crumbled)
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. w.w. mayonnaise
black pepper to taste

Mix and make into balls. Put on sprayed baking sheet
and bake at 350 degrees. You may eat all for meal. Equals 1 protein,
1 bread and 1 fat.
