1 lb. haddock
2 slices onions (1/2-inch)
grated cheese (Parmesan)
1 small mushroom
Place 1/2 pound of the fish in each of 2 (7 x 5-inch)
casserole dishes. Sprinkle with cheese. Spread 1 slice of
onion on each dish. Garnish with several slices of mushrooms.
Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
