BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE

1 c. chopped broccoli, cooked
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. undiluted cream of
chicken soup or cream of
mushroom soup
2 oz. pasteurized process
cheese spread, such as
Cheez Whiz
salt and pepper to taste

Cook rice and broccoli separate in lightly salted water.
Use as little water as possible to conserve vitamins. Mix
broccoli, rice, soup and Cheez Whiz together. Season to taste.
Put mixture into individual casseroles. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to
30 minutes. Makes 2 servings at 200 calories per serving.
Exchanges: 1 vegetable, 1 bread, 1 meat and 1 fat.
