NOODLE STRUDEL

1 (8 oz.) pkg. 1/4-inch
noodles
No. 2 pkg. Ricotta cheese
4 beaten eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. golden raisins
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can drained crushed
pineapple

Cook noodles as directed on package and drain. Then add eggs.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Place the mixture in a greased pan and
sprinkle top with buttered bread crumbs or graham cracker crumbs. Bake
at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
