3 pkg. frozen cassava
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 can coconut milk
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
Beat eggs and mix all ingredients together. Pour into a
13 x 9 x 2-inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
*Cassava is a tuber root that can be purchased in an
Oriental grocery store.
