FUDGE MINT DESSERTS

1 c. real butter
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
4 oz. melted chocolate bits
1 graham cracker crust
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. peppermint extract

In a large bowl at high speed, beat butter and sugar
until light and fluffy. Beat in cooled melted chocolate, eggs,
vanilla and peppermint extract. Pour into paper lined muffin
cups that have a touch of crushed graham crackers on the
bottom.
