2 c. pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry
2 c. boiling water
2 (1 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced
Crush pretzels. Mix pretzels, butter and sugar. Press
into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes, no longer.
Let cool. Beat cream cheese and sugar until well combined.
Stir in whipped topping. Spread on cooled crust. Dissolve
Jell-O in boiling water and stir in frozen strawberries. Let
mixture stand for 10 minutes and pour on top of cheese mixture.
Chill for at least 1 hour.
