15 oz. or 19 oz. pkg. Oreo's
(double stuff is good)
1 c. melted butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) bowls Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 2/3 c. milk
1 large instant chocolate
Crush Oreos, take out 1 cup, set aside. Pour into
greased pan; spoon melted butter over Oreo's; refrigerate 1
Mix sugar, one 8 ounce Cool Whip and cream cheese;
spread over Oreo's. Mix milk and pudding until thick. Spread
second 8 ounce Cool Whip over pudding, top with reserved 1 cup
crushed Oreo's. Refrigerate until serving time.
