2 to 4 c. berries
1 c. sugar
1 plain pastry
Line pie plate or casserole dish with plain pastry. Add
2 to 4 cups berries and 1 cup sugar; dot with butter. Put
strips of pie crust over fruit. Cook until crust is browned,
approximately 30 minutes at 450 degrees. (Heat fruit and sugar before
putting into pie shell. Can use other fruits.)
