graham cracker pie crust
1/2 c. sugar
1 large pkg. Philadelphia
Make pie crust. Beat until creamy the sugar and cream
cheese. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each. Pour
over graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Make
1 package of Danish Dessert (using 1 3/4 cups liquid). Add 1
package frozen strawberries. Pour over crust and refrigerate.
Serve with whipped cream.
Graham Cracker Crust:
25 graham crackers, rolled to
fine crumbs (1 1/4 c.)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
Combine graham cracker crumbs with sugar. Add melted
butter and blend well. Line 9-inch pie tin with crumb mixture
and bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool.
