CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE|
1/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. cocoa
Mix flour, sugar, salt and cocoa together with egg
yolks. Add milk and butter and cook until very thick (for best
results, continue to stir entire time of cooking). Add vanil-
la, stirring well, and place in cooled cooked pie shell. Top
with meringue and brown. Makes 1 pie.
