CASSAVA CAKE

3 pkg. grated cassava
1 stick butter
1/2 c. fresh milk
2 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 can coconut milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

(Grated cassava can be bought from any oriental store.)
Thaw grated cassava. Mix with 2/3 can condensed milk
(set aside 1/3 can) and the rest of the ingredients. Bake at
375 degrees to 400 degrees until it hardens but not fully cooked. Put the
1/3 can condensed milk on top and continue cooking until the
milk on top is light brown. Serve cool or warm.
