EGG CUSTARD PIE|
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 c. oleo, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix flour and sugar. Mix eggs and milk (don't overbeat
the eggs). Add to flour and sugar. Stir in oleo, vanilla and
nutmeg. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for
50 to 60 minutes.
