PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE

3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter with nuts
or smooth
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow
cream

Mix together sugar, milk and butter. Bring to a boil,
cook 3 to 4 minutes to soft ball stage. Remove from heat and
add peanut butter, vanilla and marshmallow cream. Pour into
buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Peanut Butter Layered Fudge: After removing cooked
mixture from stove, add marshmallow cream and vanilla. Divide
in half and add 1/2 cup peanut butter in one half and 1 (6
ounce) package of chocolate chips in the other. Stir until
well blended. Layer in pan.
