2 1/2 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil or
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sifted flour
4 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts

Beat eggs, sugar and margarine. Add rest of dry ingre-
dients. Mix in carrots and nuts. Bake in a floured and
greased pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Carrot Cake Frosting:
4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 stick oleo
2 c. powdered sugar
Mix together and spread on cool cake.
