1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick melted butter
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix graham cracker crumbs, vanilla and butter and press
1 teaspoon of crust mixture into paper lined muffin tins. Beat
sugar and cream cheese until creamy. Add eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla. Spoon filling on crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 to
15 minutes. Let cool. Add pie filling for garnish. Makes 48
little cheesecakes.
