OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES|
1 c. butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. quick cooking oats or
1 to 2 c. chocolate chips
Cream butter with both sugars until fluffy. Add eggs
and beat well. Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed
mixture. Add oats and chocolate chips. Put on pan by heaping
teaspoonfuls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 370 degrees about 12
minutes or until slightly soft in center. Remove to racks.
