CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE|
3 sticks butter or oleo
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. all-purpose flour
Soften butter and cream cheese; cream with the sugar.
Add eggs, 2 at a time, mixing well in between. Add vanilla and
salt; mix well. Mix flour, 1 cup at a time. Pour batter into
prepared Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Dust with confectioners sugar.
