MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE

4 1/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 large can evaporated milk
2 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow
cream
1 lb. nuts, chopped

Boil sugar, butter or margarine and evaporated milk
together for about 7 minutes after first bubbles come, or until
a soft ball stage (235 degrees to 240 degrees) is reached. Put chocolate
chips, marshmallow cream and nuts in large bowl. Pour syrup
over mixture and stir until creamy. Drop on waxed paper or
pour into greased pan. Cool and cut into pieces. Yield: 5
pounds of candy.
