COKE CAKE 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 3 Tbsp. cocoa 1 c. Coca-Cola 1/2 c. shortening 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. baking soda 2 eggs Sift together flour and sugar. Stir in marshmallows and set aside. Bring to a boil the shortening, butter, cocoa and Coke. Remove from heat and pour over dry mixture. Using a mixer, stir in buttermilk, baking soda and eggs. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Batter will be thin. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Coke Cake Icing: 1/2 c. butter 3 Tbsp. cocoa 6 Tbsp. Coca-Cola 1 box powdered sugar 1 c. chopped pecans Bring butter, cocoa and Coke to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and pecans.
