CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE

1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1/4 c. water
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut

Melt butter or margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan. Add water;
sprinkle brown sugar evenly in pan. Arrange nuts and coconut
in sugar mixture. Mix cake as directed on label. Pour batter
over mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, until
cake tests done with a toothpick. Let stand 5 minutes for
topping to begin to set. Turn upside-down onto a large cookie
sheet.
