LEMON DELIGHT POUND CAKE

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. apricot nectar or
orange juice
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs

Combine all ingredients in large bowl beat real good.
Pour into a greased floured tube pan or Bundt pan and bake 40
to 50 minutes in a 325 degrees preheated oven. When cake is done,
prick with a fork. Spoon half of glaze over cake, while still
hot in pan. Let stand 10 minutes, invert onto serving plate.
Spoon remaining glaze over cake.

Glaze:
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
