1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 large box cherry jello
2 small or 1 large instant
lemon pudding
2 packs Dream Whip

Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour batter into a 9 x
13-inch pan and bake. While cake is baking, make jello. Use 3
cups of hot (boiling) water only. Let it set on cabinet or
table while cake is baking. When cake is done, take from oven
and use an ice pick or meat fork and poke many holes in the
cake 1 inch apart or closer. Use a spoon or turkey baster and
pour jello in each hole. If any jello remains, pour it over
cake. Jello will be warm and in liquid form as it will soak
into cake. Put cake in refrigerator to cool. Prepare instant
pudding as directed; place in refrigerator to set. Prepare
Dream Whip as directed when cake is cooled. Fold Dream Whip
and pudding together and put on top of cake. Let cake sit
overnight in refrigerator with topping and then serve.
The leftover pudding and Dream Whip combined can be used
as a snack for the preparer, but try and put it all on top of
the cake.
