GINGERBREAD COOKIES

2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. dark molasses (I use
Karo)

Use enough sour cream or buttermilk to make a stiff
dough. Drop with a teaspoon then flatten with a glass dipped
in water. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture over the
top. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
