1 large box vanilla wafers
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. whiskey
Crush vanilla wafers in food processor or blender with
pecans; mix with other ingredients and make into small balls,
roll in powdered sugar. Keep in tightly covered container.
The longer they are stored the better they are.
Variations: Rum or bourbon may be used instead of
whiskey; can add 1 cup coconut and increase whiskey to 1/2 cup.
