SEVEN MINUTE FROSTING

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. water
2 egg whites
3 tsp. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
10 miniature marshmallows

Combine sugar, water, egg whites, light corn syrup and
salt in top of double boiler. Place over boiling water,
beating constantly. Right before mixture holds a peak, add
marshmallows; continue beating until marshmallows melt and
mixture holds a peak. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Beat
until cool and thick enough to spread.
