(Polish Christmas Special)
1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg yolk, eaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 can Solo apricot, cherry or
raspberry filling

Cream butter, cream cheese, milk and sugar; add beaten
egg yolks. Sift flour and baking powder. Add to creamed
mixture, blend well. Chill overnight. Roll on floured board
to 1/4-inch thickness, cut into 2-inch rounds. Place on
ungreased cookie sheet. Make depression with thumb in center.
Fill with teaspoon filling. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Makes approximately 36
