ELEANOR'S CHRISTMAS HARD SAUCE|
1/2 lb. margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk (2 c.)
Cream margarine, powdered sugar, and vanilla until very
fluffy with electric mixer. Add one can of evaporated milk.
Put over hot water of double boiler and cook until hot.
Sinfully sweet served over Christmas puddings and cakes.
