1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. pecans
1 large container Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners sugar
3 c. milk
1 pkg. instant chocolate
pudding mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix flour, butter and nuts. Press in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix 1 cup Cool Whip,
confectioners sugar and cream cheese. Spread over crust. Mix
puddings together with milk until thick. Spread over cream
cheese layers. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Chill for 2 to 3
