PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING|
1/4 c. butter or margarine,
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar,
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Combine butter and 1 cup sugar in a small mixing bowl.
Beat until creamy. Add remaining 1/2 cup sugar, peanut butter,
milk and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Add additional milk, if
needed for smooth consistency. Yield: about 1 1/4 cups.
