GOOEY BUTTER CAKE 1 stick butter or margarine 4 eggs 1 box powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 9 x 13-inch cake pan 1 box yellow cake mix Mix 3 eggs, cream cheese and powdered sugar in blender, keeping 1 tablespoon sugar for top of cake after cooking. Blend ingredients until smooth. In cake pan, pour all of box cake mix; melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan first. Beat 1 egg in small bowl; pour melted butter in egg, pouring over dry cake mix in pan. Mix until all of cake mix is moist and press into pan. Pour liquid from blender over cake mix and bake in a 325 degrees oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. After cooling cake, sprinkle remaining tablespoon of sugar over top of cake.
