TEXAN SHEET CAKE

Cake:

2 sticks margarine
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk

Frosting:
1 stick margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. milk
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 c. chopped walnuts

Boil margarine, water and cocoa. Add the 2 cups of
sugar, flour and salt. In a separate bowl beat with fork, 2
eggs, soda and buttermilk. Mix all so far. Pour into greased
cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. In meantime to
prepare frosting, boil slightly the margarine, cocoa and milk.
Turn burner off and add the confectioners sugar, vanilla and
walnuts. Keep warm and melted. Pour onto cake as soon as it
comes out of the oven.
