TOP ME TWICE CAKE|
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple,
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cream or evaporated
Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt, pineapple, vanilla and
eggs well for 2 minutes; pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
Top with first topping. Blend together all ingredients for
Second Topping. Heat; pour over cake as soon as you take it
out of the oven.
