CHOCOLATE CAKE ICING OR FUDGE|
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Combine all ingredients except vanilla together and
bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute then add vanilla. Remove
from heat; beat mixture until it thickens. Spread on cake.
Double the recipe for a 2 layer cake.
For fudge cook for 5 minutes; beat, then pour in a
buttered dish for candy. Add nuts if desired.
