1 box lemon cake mix
1 (3 oz.) lime jello
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. cold water
Bake cake according to package directions. Then cool.
Mix jello with hot water; then add cold water. Pour over
cooled cake with fork holes punched in. Put in refrigerator
until time to serve. It's delicious.
Icing for Jello Cake:
3 oz. box lemon instant
small pkg. Cool Whip
1/2 c. milk
Mix box of lemon instant pudding and envelope of Cool
Whip with 1/2 cup milk. Pour over Jell-O cake that is cooled.
Refrigerate cake until ready to serve.
