1 lb. butter
2 lb. peanut butter
3 lb. powdered sugar
1 large pkg. semi-sweet
chocolate chips
1 block paraffin

Bring butter to room temperature. Put butter, peanut
butter and powdered sugar in large bowl. Work all ingredients
together well. (I use my hands.) Chill in refrigerator for 2
hours. Roll small pieces into balls and return to refrigera-
tor, covered, until ready to dip. Melt chocolate pieces and
paraffin in top of double boiler. Stick toothpicks in peanut
butter balls and dip 3/4 of ball in chocolate mixture. They
will look like buckeyes.
