HOMEMADE ICE CREAM|
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla
milk (to fill freezer)
Mix sugar and eggs until thick and yellow. Add cream
and vanilla. Mix together with enough milk to fill freezer.
Use 4 or 5-quart freezer. Can add chocolate syrup to make
chocolate (1/2 cup). Optional: pecans, peaches, chocolate
