CHEWY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES|
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Cream shortening, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla, then
add eggs; beat well. Then add dry ingredients; slowly add
chocolate chips. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly golden brown.
