1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine
1 c. oil
4 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat well granulated sugar, powdered sugar, margarine
and oil. Add eggs. Sift and add to sugar mix the flour, cream
of tartar, baking soda; add vanilla. Drop by teaspoon onto
ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with bottom of glass dipped in
sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. These really do
melt in your mouth.
