1 (6 oz.) 1 c. semi-sweet
chocolate chips
1/3 c. evaporated cream
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans or
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked

Combine chocolate chips and cream in double boiler, heat
over hot water until chocolate chips melt, stir to blend.
Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and nuts; cool. Form
1-inch balls and roll in coconut. Makes 24 balls. Very good.
No cook fudge. Give for gift to friends. Delicious. Melt in
you mouth.
