CHOCOLATE ECLAIR

1 box graham crackers
1 large bowl Cool Whip
1 large box vanilla pudding
1 can chocolate icing

Mix vanilla pudding with 2 cups milk. Mix pudding with
Cool Whip. Layer graham crackers in bottom of pan (not crum-
bled). Pour layer of pudding. Put another layer of crackers.
Set in refrigerator overnight. Next day, put chocolate icing
over crackers. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Save some of Cool Whip and mix with icing before spreading if
you like.
