STRAWBERRY-RHUBARB UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE

1 pkg. white or yellow cake
mix
5 c. chopped rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry
jello
1 c. sugar
1 c. miniature marshmallows

Grease 13 x 9-inch cake pan. Place chopped rhubarb on
bottom of pan. Sprinkle dry jello evenly over rhubarb, then
add sugar and marshmallows over top of rhubarb and jello. Mix
cake as directed on package and pour over other ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Invert to cool. Serve with
Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.
