CHANTILLY CREAM

2/3 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. brandy
1 tsp. orange-flavored liqueur
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. dairy sour cream

Refrigerate medium-size bowl and beaters of electric
mixer until very cold. Combine cream, vanilla, brandy and
orange-flavored liqueur in chilled bowl. Beat on medium speed
45 seconds. Add sugar and sour cream. Beat on medium speed
until soft peaks form, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Do not overbeat.
