RUM BALLS

1 3/4 c. finely crushed
vanilla wafers
1 c. finely ground pecans
1 c. unsifted confectioners
sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
3 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 c. rum

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with your
hands. Roll into 1-inch balls. Mix 1/3 cup powdered sugar and
2 tablespoons cocoa. Roll rum balls in this mixture. Store in
airtight container.
